The Honest Lawyer Wine Club Dinner

Toi Toi Wines featured at this month's Wine Club Dinner at Nelson's 'Honest Lawyer Country Pub'. It was a great success for all who attended.

Chris Young our winemaker was there to answer questions and entertained the guests with a wine quiz.

Highlights were our newly released Prosecco, matched with seared scallops, chilli and pineapple salsa which brought out the fresh fruit characters and mouth filling bubbles. Our Gold Medal Riesling 2010 was also a winner served with chicken tortellini, nut brown butter, capers, lemon, parsley, chilli
and lime crumble. Beef Roulade with Clutha Pinot Noir for main course and lime curd tart with our Late Harvest Dessert wine completed the evening.

Many guests took home a bottle or three at the end of the night and the winner of the quiz took home one of our stylish wine cooler bags.
