Toi Toi Brookdale Organic Sauvignon Banc 2014
Certified organic by BioGro and recognised with 91 pts from Cameron Douglas, New Zealand’s only Master Sommelier and with five stars by international wine judge and author Peter Saunders
Our Organic Sauvignon Blanc was produced from our top Brookdale Vineyard in Marlborough’s renowned Omaka Valley. The wine has an intense nose of dried herbs, citrus with hints of tropical fruit. The palate has great fruit concentration and intensity, with firm, lingering acidity and a stone like flintiness. The wine finishes with impressive balance and length. Expect it to be at its best now.
Toi Toi Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2016
One of the world’s most revered wine journals, Wine Spectator gave this wine an outstanding 89 points. What’s more it's a multiple Gold Medal winner; New World Wine Awards 2016 Gold and a Top 50 Wine; New York International Wine Competition 2017, San Francisco International Wine Competition 2017 and Melbourne International Wine Competition 2017.
Toi Toi Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect accompaniment to every Christmas table. Its aromatics are intense and alive with a mix of citrus and tropical fruit. The palate is fruit driven with lovely herbal, citrus, pineapple and passionfruit finishing long fresh and crisp.
Toi Toi Marlborough Reserve Riesling 2011
Another multiple award winner, this wine has been awarded Gold Medals at the following international shows; San Francisco International Wine Competition 2012, International Wine and Spirit Competition (Gold Outstanding), International Wine Challenge London and the Japanese Wine Challenge.
Time resting in our cellar is rewarded when you open this Riesling. It pulls you in with an enticing nose of crushed lime leaf and lemon balm. This opens to a concise palate revealing a vortex of rich stone fruits enveloped in a shroud of lime and slate.
Toi Toi Marlborough Reserve Chardonnay 2012
Receiving a Gold Medal at the Spiegelau International Wine Competition 2014 and Silver at the International Wine and Spirit Competition 2013, the quality of this wine is thanks to the care it received from our winemakers. Fermented juice was aged in a selection of new and seasoned French oak barriques, during this time it received judicious battonage and regular topping. After several months, the lees and wine rested in stainless to preserve the fruit vitality. Its drinking at its peak now.
Toi Toi Marlborough Reserve Pinot Noir 2012
An aged Pinot Noir from the heart of the iconic Central Otago landscape. This wine received a 91 point rating from New Zealand Master of Wine, Bob Campbell and 5 stars from wine writer, Peter Saunders.
Grapes came from closely planted, low yielding vines which were tended using organic principles. The wine was cold-soaked with regular hand-plunging in open-topped stainless steel vats and allowed to ferment naturally. Lightly pressed wine was then run to French oak barrels and left on light lees. After five years resting in our cellars its drinking beautifully.
Toi ToiMarlborough Reserve Pinot Gris 2011
This wine received Blue Gold at the Sydney International Wine Competition. Ripe pears, apricot and all spice aromas lead to a mouth-filling richness which comes from its age. It’s intense and concentrated on the palate.
